I had a really difficult time finding a solar installation company I could trust and ended up with Pure energy. They’ve been very communicative and after installation support has been really good. There’s always someone to speak to in customer support and they’ve been really Accommodating with liaising with my electrician for the loft conversion and getting up there whilst the scaffold was up. Everyone Who I’ve been in touch with - the surveyor, electrician customer support team has been really friendly and efficient. The system works well and I would recommend Pure energy, and I have looked at lots of different companies.
